Can’t get r1 to retrieve any notes or lists info

Currently unable to get any rabbithole info from r1. I created a grocery shopping list with r1 and every time I ask r1 what’s on my most recent grocery shopping list r1 says it’s searching the rabbithole but then it just says “there was an error retrieving you grocery shopping list”.

It’s not just this particular shopping list that is not working. I can’t get r1 to tell me any of my rabbithole note info, r1 just keeps telling me there was an error.

I’ve done both soft reboot and full shutdown and it’s still not working

Is this happening for anyone else?

I have never been able to recall information with the R1 reliably.

Does it search through your whole history?
Does it only work with notes?

Since I got my R1 I have tried to have it memorize some specific things but it was never able to recall them.

I also have a problem with the notes. In a video, I saw that a conversation can be saved as a note by saying, ‘save me a note and name it…’. Later, I should be able to add something to it (‘Add this to my music list’). This hasn’t worked for me yet. While a list is created the first time, things are never added to it afterwards. Remembering a conversation doesn’t work for me either. R1 always starts a new search for the mentioned topic.
