# Wake R1 with a wake word

Hi community, I think it would be great to have the option to use a wake word to start talking to the rabbit.
I would also love to name my own rabbit and wake it up that way (that would be a first, i’ve never seen voice assistants that you could name yourself)
Just ‘Rabbit’ would work aswell for now.
It doesn’t have high priority for me but I like to bring it up and hear what you think. Cheers! ✌
