# Uber finds captchas and cannot complete a request

Hello community,

I have been attempting to book an Uber with my Rabbit R1 on multiple occasions, but I consistently encounter captchas that prevent the request from being completed.

Upon successfully solving a captcha during the login process, I was able to complete the login. However, after attempting to order an Uber, the application displays a screen prompting me to confirm the drop-off and pickup locations. Subsequently, a message appears indicating that I have encountered a captcha issue and that the Uber request cannot be completed.

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? If so, please share your methods for doing so.
