Can someone help me with this matter regarding Spreadsheets/ tables?

Hey guys Today i wanted to give more use to the r1 and i asked him to make me an excel with some Z Reports. I was super exited when i got really fast a file via email that looks like this [Screenshot 2024-08-28 at 17.53.39] But then when i asked later to add to the excel a new Z report i get back this: [Screenshot 2024-08-28 at 17.53.51] Is there a way around it? or maybe a magic prompt? @rabbit_staff & all
