# Rabbit hole outage

Hi @JohnMaguire ,

the connection to the rabbit hole was successful with my device.

You can test to delete your browser cache and cookies to reach the rabbit hole. 🙂

Typically when this happens you just need to navigate to the base url “hole.rabbit.tech” and it will work again.
