# Not connecting to iphone hotspot

I think it’s a provider problem……mine works perfectly

Conclusion: with some people it works, with others it doesn’t.  
Kind request to the team to look into this and solve the issue

For users on providers that use the KPN network I posted a solution [here](https://forum.rabbitcommunity.tech/t/fixed-iphone-hotspot-kpn-nl/13765).

Of course there could be other causes but it seems likely that it has to do with IPv6 support on the R1.
