Does anyone know how long support takes to reply to tickets? I’ve been waiting more than 25 days for the first ticket and over a week waiting for a response regarding the **developer mode request**. Does post-sales support really exist? These kinds of situations are also part of the user experience and completely ruin the product.

No, as I believe that we are being used as beta testers and we have to pay for the privilage.
