# Needs a "shut up" command

When I tell the r1 to stop, be quiet, or shut up it always gives some lengthy explanation instead of just shutting up.

I just press the button it shuts up it then take me back to main screen it sometimes takes two presses or one long one but it seems to work for me

Ask the r1 how to stop it talking it will tell you push the push to select button on the device and if it’s in the middle of a sentence push the button

You can also 2xptt to open the camera - that will stop the voice. This works both ways. 2xptt while in vision mode to stop it.
