Magic gallery does not work all of the time

Recently I have noticed that a lot of my pictures do not process it just stay spinning not sure why but this week I was in NYC and when I got to my hotel and was looking what the pictures I took would look like and found many was still like in a holding pattern just spinning this morning I checked and it is still spinning and it looks like it is not going to process the pictures does anyone know how to fix this?

Were these done while offline? If so try taking a new picture whilst online and it should hopefully force the old ones through

I have been trying this out the last couple of weeks and purposely checked if online etc and observed the following:

  • magic gallery images either have no AI filters / effects added to them
  • and the random effect that is applied is very lame sorry to say - slight image cleanup or a fish eye effect added - it use to be so creative
  • a few times a picture filter has been added 24-48 hours later
  • the magic photo gallery - rarely works or applied - I am getting maybe 40% working and 60% with no effect what so ever.

Is it possible that the AI data centre can not handle the requests from R1 owners so just not follow through. Sometimes this gadget is cool and other times does not do anything - not very reliable…
