# Forum app?! Is this new?

@simon Is this something new? I was going to ask if there was an app instead of having to use the browser on the phone. I just logged in via the browser and a popup appeared asking if I wanted to install the app. And there it is. But why is the icon blank\white?  
I have an Android if that matters.

Now that I look at the app details it maybe a chrome thing. Any insight?

Yep, it’s basically a Chrome shortcut.

Discourse (our forum vendor) does have an app though, but it’s still more or less a web wrapper with a few extra pieces.

Download that and add community.rabbit.tech in their add community section!

The icon thing is probably something I need to fix for bookmark shortcuts.
