# Being asked to activate everytime

My R1 has now asked me to reactivate 3 times. i dont get it.

Hi @rhakeem1 - do you mean the r1 is fully resetting and taking you back to the new device setup?

I’m experiencing the same thing, it’s as if I never activated it at all.
