# Apple Music problem

I’m from Spain. I could connect with Apple Mussic but Rabbit couldn’t get access.

Have you tried to change the browser? I could not access from Safari as well, switching to Chrome did work! I am also from the EU…

The problem is when Rabbit device try to reproduce something and says that it is not available in my region but I could login in the rabbit hole

Why do you think so? I can see no differences and it does work well – or at least as it is intended…
