# Am I using Intern right when updating code/fixes?

Task 1: Intern helped make a web based tetris-like game.
The game loaded but the blocks failed instantly. I explain this to Intern and Intern attempts to fix with Task 2.
The same issue continues. Do I risk another Task or am I just not prompting well enough the first time?
I’m debating if $100/month is going to chew through 30 tasks way too quickly for some ideas.

Its definitely a risk. During my first attempts creating an app with Intern, I used 9 tasks and did not receive a single functioning app. There are for sure some flaws with the current set-up, including use of tasks (multiple) when the tasks fail. Unfortunately the support team is difficult to get a response from and so those tasks are gone with the wind. Ive been waiting for over a month for a response and have literally been left on read. I love the device overall and have had it for well over a year now. My only “gripes” started when Intern launched and I was unable to get a response from support.

I should specify the app I was trying to create with Intern was an app for the R1 itself. Im sure it could get there eventually, its just more or less a matter of how much are you willing to spend to get it lol.

It’s hit or miss. I’ve never gotten it right on the first prompt, regardless of the device I’m using when creating. I think an “intern 101” or some other documentation would be beneficial for the rabbit team to create - something that minimizes tasks required by explaining to the user how they should be thinking when creating an app, and how to communicate those thoughts to intern. I spent $40 on credits to make the sand timer app that’s in the gallery now. It’s neat. I use it. But $40 for a timer seems steep.

Could I kindly ask everyone, how can I import the created application into the machine and complete the installation process?
