at approximately 7am pacific time today, we became aware of a service disruption affecting both rabbithole and r1 devices, leaving r1 devices stuck on the “connecting” message. a small number of users have also reported that their devices have reset. we’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
additionally, if your device has reset, once service is restored you will be able to re-link r1 to your device in rabbithole. if necessary, you may need to click “unlink your device” in rabbithole, and then link it again from the QR code. all data in your rabbithole will be saved.
we appreciate your patience as we continue to investigate this, and we’ll keep you posted as soon as it has been resolved.
